• 今日、私たちは主の変容(へんよう)を祝っています。イエス様の生涯(しょうがい)におけるこの瞬間(しゅんかん)の意味は何でしょうか。イエス様はご自分に最も近い3人の使徒を選ばれました。彼らは山に登り、そこでイエス様は姿を変えられました。
• 聖書を通して、山は神様との出会いの所です。シナイのモーセやホレブのエリヤなど。。。それは主の変容においても同様(どうよう)です。イエス様はご自身の栄光を示されました。そして父なる神はその声をもって確認されました。
• イエス様のこのしぐさは、永遠の命がどのようなものであるかの前触(まえぶ)れです。ですからペテロは「ここはなんて素敵(すてき)なんだろう！」と言いました。彼の心は、イエス様の栄光のうちに、最も切望(せつぼう)するものを認(みと)めるのです。
• 私たちの心が待ち望んでいるものをイエス様のうちに認めることができるよう、主にお願いしましょう。

1 – Hoy celebramos la Transfiguración del Señor. ¿Qué significado tiene este momento en la vida de Jesús? Elige a los 3 apóstoles más cercanos. Sube a una montaña y allí su apariencia se transforma.

2 – La montaña en toda la Biblia es un lugar de encuentro con Dios. Moisés en el Sinaí, Elías en el Horeb… Y así es también en la Transfiguración del Señor. Jesús muestra su Gloria. Y Dios Padre lo confirma con su voz.

3 – Este gesto de Jesús es un anticipo de lo que será la vida eterna. Por eso Pedro dice: “¡Qué bien se está aquí!”. Su corazón reconoce en la Gloria de Jesús lo que su corazón más anhela.

4 – Pidámosle al Señor que nos ayude a reconocer en él lo que nuestro corazón más anhela.

1 – Today we celebrate the Transfiguration of the Lord. What is the significance of this moment in the life of Jesus? He chooses the 3 apostles closest to him. He climbs a mountain and there his appearance is transformed.

2 – The mountain throughout the Bible is a place of encounter with God. Moses on Sinai, Elijah on Horeb? And so it is also in the Transfiguration of the Lord. Jesus shows his glory. And God the Father confirms it with his voice.

3 – This gesture of Jesus is a foretaste of what eternal life will be. That is why Peter says: «How good it is here». His heart recognises in the glory of Jesus what his heart longs for most.

4 – Let us ask the Lord to help us to recognise in him what our heart longs for.
