Felipe es uno de los primeros disc\u00edpulos de Jes\u00fas. Y es \u00e9l quien se acerca a Bartolom\u00e9 y le habla de Jes\u00fas. De hecho, usa estas palabras: \u201cAquel de quien hablaban Mois\u00e9s y los profetas lo hemos encontrado\u201d.\r\n\r\n2 \u2013 El Evangelio no dice cu\u00e1nto tiempo pas\u00f3 desde que Felipe se encontr\u00f3 con Jes\u00fas hasta que le dijo esto a Bartolom\u00e9. Sin embargo, es razonable pensar que fue un periodo muy corto de tiempo. Quiz\u00e1 de un d\u00eda o de pocos d\u00edas.\r\n\r\n3 \u2013 \u00bfQu\u00e9 vio y escuch\u00f3 Felipe para reconocer que Jes\u00fas era la persona de la que hablaba el Antiguo Testamento? Sin duda, Felipe tuvo un verdadero encuentro con Jes\u00fas. Le reconoci\u00f3 como aquel de quien habla el Antiguo Testamento.
